Did Robyn Crawford Attend Whitney Funeral?
The memorial was an invitation-only memorial service that was held on February 18, 2012, at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey.
There were the presence and performance of many artists such as Stevie Wonder, CeCe Winans, Alicia Keys, Kim Burrell, and R Kelly.
Apart from the singing performances, the funeral consisted of speeches from Houston’s cousin Dionne Warwick, record producer Clive Davis, actor Kevin Costner, music director Rickey Minor, and security guard Ray Watson of 11 years.
It is also said that renowned African American singer Aretha Franklin was scheduled to perform and was listed on the program, but she was unable to make it to the service.
On February 19, 2012, Houston was laid to rest alongside her 2003-deceased father, John Russell Houston, in Westfield, New Jersey’s Fairview Cemetery. It is unclear whether Crawford attended Whitney’s funeral or not.

However, when John passed away in 2003, Houston was rumored not to attend the funeral (as in the movie).
But, in a 2009 interview with Oprah, Houston addressed the rumors, claiming that she had a private memorial the day before so she could grieve privately.
This might be the case with Robyn Crawford as well. Although she did not attend the funeral that day, she might have got to share her condolence a day or two before.
